Overall my advice is save your money and go to Vegas where the understand Customer service Sad thing is we both love to gamble and have been to Vegas many times but they made sure that did not happen. Room was nice and clean had great room service and left as Housekeeping was trying to clean our room at 8:10am. Went to our show had a great dinner and went to bed after having been herded like cattle all day.
Bags arrived barely in time for us to change. It was becoming very clear to us that this place was at capacity and management did not bring in any Help! Finally after not getting a phone call about our room back to a line where we were told of course your room is ready. Next to the box office because after spending over $250 in tickets they will not email or mail them and you can only pick them up the day of the show and you guessed it 40 min it that line. Next to players club for a card 35 min 1 person working. We were told that despite it was 4:00 pm the rooms were not ready and we would be called when 1 became clean and to check our bags with the Bell captain 20 min. Arrival was simple after Valet parking our car we attempted to spend the next 1 hour checking in. My wife and I stayed for 1 night after Buying tickets for a Show on Sunday night.
